Great neighborhood bar with tons of history. Bartender was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great and the energy was buzzing. It was a great place to cap off our visit to Chicago.
One of my favorite dives in the city, fantastic prices, with a year round patio out back. John in particular is great, typical grizzled veteran bartender with a pack a day voice, rough demeanor and a heart of gold. I spend way too much of my money here, and I dont ever regret it.

It’s the cleanest dive bar I’ve been to with a great atmosphere. Plenty of tv’s playing whatever sporting event is on. Good beers on tap.
